How to Create the Perfect Winged Eyeliner
To create your perfect winged eyeliner, start by drawing a short line from the outer corner of the eye, (following the curve of the lower lash line) and continue about halfway up toward the end of your eyebrow.
Next, draw a line all the way across the upper eyelid, from the tear duct to the outer edge of the lower line you began with in step 1.
Then, connect the gaps between the outer point of the liner and the lash line, making sure not to leave any empty spaces. You should now have your perfect cat eye!
If you notice jagged edges, no worries! You can simply take a small eyeliner brush (or lip liner brush), or a cotton swab to clean them up.
Finally, add highlighter to your inner tear duct, and mascara to your lashes, for an even neater eyeliner look.
